Standard shipping within Georgia: • Tbilisi: 7 GEL • Other regions: 10 GEL • Free shipping on orders over 250 GEL • Delivery time: 1–3 business days in Tbilisi, 3–5 days for other cities. Large or trade orders are arranged individually — get in touch for a quote.

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Tools must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Opened consumables (blades, drill bits, abrasives) and special-order items can't be returned unless they arrived faulty. If a tool develops a fault, it's covered by the manufacturer's warranty — bring it in or contact us and we'll handle the claim. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've checked the return.
